For UK or imported conventional or Sony Playstation 3's. Would you like to upgrade your hard drive to 320Gb? This can now be done to give you massive extra storage. We will replace the complete hard drive within 10 working days.

Our price includes:

  • Supply of 320Gb hard drive.
  • Labour to install NEW hard drive unit.
  • 90 day warranty on parts and labour.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

  • Once we open your PS3, your warranty may be automatically made VOID.
  • If it turns out that there is something wrong with your PS3 that is nothing to do with the drive, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your PS3 returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the transit of your PS3 to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
  • We will insure all PS3s that leave our premises, and all consoles will be sent back by DHL.
  • Our repairs and parts are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired PS3 during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your PS3 to us for another repair. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
  • In the event that we can not repair your PS3 for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • Please note the we are not official Sony repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

Premium repair service

Our standard repairs are despatched in 5-7 working days, however if you need an urgent repair, with our premium service we can complete it in 1-3 working days. Do you want this premium service?

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 5 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

In addition to your repair that you are sending us, how many other unwanted handsets are you including?

Data transfer?

Would you like us to transfer your data and files from the old hard drive to the new one? This option is only for repairs and hard drive upgrades where we are changing the drive.

Courier pickup

Your confirmation email will include details of how to send your item to us. If you would like us to pick it up from you instead, select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Serial / IMEI number

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

Courier pickup insurance level

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:
