For UK or imported HTC's. Our service will ensure that your HTC is fixed within 7 working days. We can fix you up for much LESS than the factory charges for repairs.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

  • There is NO WARRANTEE on liquid damage repairs due to the nature of the repair. The price quoted will depend on whether there is physical damage to the phone, as with some cases of liquid damage, parts need to be replaced like LCD, Speaker and Mic, There is a minimum cost of £10 if we can not repair the liquid damaged phone that comes into our service centre. We will only charge you the initial quote price if the phone is full working when it leaves the service centre but there is no warrantee on liquid damaged phones. Some liquid damaged phones appear to be working. This is due to corrosion within the microchips (IC's) shorting together to allow and electrical current to run. This allows the phone to switch on, however it can sometimes be a short circuit, and may result in the phone no longer powering up.

    It is one of the most common problems that can occur when repairing water damaged phones. Sometimes just attempting to repair the phone can terminate it, which is due to internal corrosions and not a procedural fault. Mobile phone manufacturers will not touch a liquid damaged phone because of the failure rates in repair. Please do not blame us if your water damaged phone fails during repair. We cannot be held responsible for what happens when we take apart a water damaged phone. We can not be held responsible for any hardware or software failures undertaken on any mobile during a non warrantee repair, as we cannot know what has happened to a phone before it comes into our service centre. For example physical damage, unknown liquid damage, or unknown software issues, etc.
  • Once we open your HTC, your warrantee will be automatically made VOID.
  • If it turns out that there is more wrong with your HTC then what it is booked in for, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your HTC returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging, although there may be a £10 handling charge for engineers time.
  • You are responsible for the transit of your HTC to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
  • We will insure all HTCs that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you may be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
  • In the event that we can not repair your HTC for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging, although there may be a £10 handling charge for the engineers time.
  • Please note the we are not official HTC repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 5 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:

Courier pickup

Select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office.

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside
3) Inside, include your order number and contact details.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time or weekend.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Do you need us to send you packaging?

If you have not selected a courier, we could post you some return packaging. You will need to post your unit back to us in that packaging, add stamps as necessary and post to us by which ever method you choose. You are responsible for all items sent to us in the post and any loss is your responsibility.
