Trade in your faulty PS3 and purchase a brand new slimline 250Gb PS3 console for a massive discount. Your console will be covered by the standard Sony warranty. This model retails for around £285. The price of £215 you pay is on top of the faulty console that we pick up from you.


Please note the following conditions:

  • We will pick up your console on a day of your choice. You will be liable for the courier cost of £10 if you change your mind about the sale after the courier has been booked.
  • The console must be in an acceptable condition with no cracks or parts missing.
  • The warranty seal must be in tact.

Our price includes:

  • Collection of your old faulty console.
  • Brand new PS3 console,with power cable and av leads but no controller.

Fault description

Please enter details of what symptoms your unit has i.e. what is wrong with it. This will help us diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently.

Courier pickup*

Select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside. This address will be on the courier confirmation email you will receive in due course.
3) Include your order number and contact details inside the package.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Courier pickup insurance level

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:
