For UK or imported iPhones. If you are in the unfortunate position of having broken the iPhone front glass touch screen, send it to us and we will replace it with a brand new one. Our service will ensure that your iPhone is fixed within 5-7 working days. We can fix your iPhone for much LESS than the factory charges for screen replacement.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

  • This is not an LCD replacement, so if your main screen is repaired you will need to order the LCD replacement repair
  • Data from your iPhone may be removed, so ensure that you have backed it up.  We are not liable for any music lost from your iPhone.  All iPhones that we repair are given "Warrantee Void if Removed" stickers.  If these are removed during the warrantee period, it will be voided.
  • The warrantee does not cover accidental damage caused to your iPhone that affect the parts repaired..
  • Once we open your iPhone, your warrantee will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that it is the screen that is the problem and that you are happy for us to void your warrantee. Broken screens are not covered by the manufacturers warrantee anyhow, so this is not usually a problem.
  • If it turns out that there is more wrong with your iPhone then just your screen, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your iPhone returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
  • We will insure all iPhones that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
  • Our repairs and screens are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired iPhone during this period, you experience screen problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your iPhone to us for another screen replacement. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
  • In the event that we can not repair your iPhone for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • Please note the we are not official Apple repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

Please note, that if feel that you have previously attempted a repair on your iPhone, you will be charged a £10 handling fee regardless of whether a repair has been carried out. We will also charge this fee if there is more wrong with your iPhone than what it was booked for, if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 3 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

Serial / IMEI number

Please enter the serial number or IMEI number of your device. You should find this on the back of your device in small writing. If it is an iphone 3G model, you will find this on your original box or in your settings:

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

Courier pickup insurance level

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:

Courier pickup

Select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office.

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside
3) Inside, include your order number and contact details.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time or weekend.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Do you need us to send you packaging?

If you have not selected a courier, we could post you some return packaging. You will need to post your unit back to us in that packaging, add stamps as necessary and post to us by which ever method you choose. You are responsible for all items sent to us in the post and any loss is your responsibility.
