This is for the inclusive price for collection, repair and return of your XBOX console. If your cd/dvd drive is not reading disks properly, you may need to have it repaired. We can repair any drive.



Our price includes:

* Collection of your console by DHL courier.

* Any components needed to repair the drive.
* Labour to perform the repair.
* Testing of the repaired drive.

* Return delivery by DHL courier

Please note the following important conditions of this service:


* We will insure all XBOXs that leave our premises, however all claims are made on your behalf and we can not be held responsible for their full value. Lost items will result in us following the Royal Mail lost post procedure.

In some cases we may be unable to repair your current drive. It may be possible to replace the complete drive at extra cost. If we feel that your console has been opened and any upgrades or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, of if we can not perform it. Please note that XBOX repairs are taking approx 5 working days at the moment unless you choose the next day service.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 3 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

XBOX 360 slims can be repaired, however these are a litte bit more expensive. Please select your model type:

Would you like us to fit a new fan?

This custom made fan increases the cooling effect of current XBOX fan by 58% whilst reducing the fan noise by 7%. We can fit it for you at the same time as we are carrying out your current repair. Click here to read more about these fans.
If you want a super powered fan, choose the Whisper max option. At the flick of a switch you can increase the cooling properties by up to 240%!

Courier pickup*

To get the repair started, we need to come and pick up the console from you. We will send out a courier for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside. This address will be on the courier confirmation email you will receive in due course.
3) Include your order number and contact details inside the package.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

XBOX dvd drive flash service

DVD Drive flash service.This will enable your Xbox 360 to play backups of your own software and movies. All drives such as Hitachi, Philips, Toshiba, Liteon, Samsung and Thompson are flashable. Please note that if you choose this service, you may be banned from the XBOX live service. You select this at your own risk. You can find more details of this service here:

Serial / IMEI number

Please enter the serial number or IMEI number of your device. You should find this on the back of your device in small writing. If it is an iphone 3G model, you will find this on your original box or in your settings:

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

Premium repair service
