For UK or imported conventional or Sony Playstation 3's. PS3 hard drives can malfunction at any time. Once there is a mechanical failure the drive will need to be replaced. We will replace the complete hard drive unit to restore your console to full function (60Gb drive, with upgrade option below). Our service will ensure that your PS3 is fixed within 10 working days. We can fix you up for much LESS than the factory charges for a similar repair.

We can eliminate the following problems in your PS3s:

  • Hard disc mechanical issues
  • Strange noises coming from the drive area

  • Repair and despatch within 10 working days of receipt.
  • Labour to install NEW hard drive unit if needed.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

  • Once we open your PS3, your warranty will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that you are happy for us to void your warranty.
  • If it turns out that there is more wrong with your PS3 then just your hard drive, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your PS3 returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the transit of your PS3 to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
  • We will insure all PS3s that leave our premises, and all consoles will be sent back by DHL.
  • Our repairs and parts are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired PS3 during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your PS3 to us for another repair. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
  • In the event that we can not repair your PS3 for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • Please note the we are not official Sony repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 5 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

Hard drive upgrade

Would you like to upgrade your hard drive? We can do this for you, although please note that this price does not include any data transfer so you will not keep your previous downloads,high scores etc.

Courier pickup

Your confirmation email will include details of how to send your item to us. If you would like us to pick it up from you instead, select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.
