This is for the inclusive price for collection, repair and return of your XBOX console.

If your Xbox only shows three flashing red lights when you turn it on, then it can almost certainly be repaired. We use the much admired ZT-7 reflow stations, equipment used by Nasa in the space industry.

Our price includes:

* Collection of your console by DHL courier.

* Labour to perform the repair.

* Exhaustive reflowing technique and reballing if necessary.

* Stability testing to ensure that repair is permanent.

* Return delivery by DHL courier

* Please note that this repair will take approx 10 working days to complete.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:


* Once we open your Xbox, your warranty will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that you are happy for us to carry out the repair and that you are happy for us to void your warranty. If we feel that your console has been opened and any upgrades or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, of if we can not perform it.

* If it turns out that there is more wrong with your Xbox then just the 3 light problem, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your Xbox returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging and the handling fee if applicable.

* Please select the courier pickup day from the options below. We can not arrange specific times for pickup or weekend pickups.

* We will insure all Xboxs that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.

* Our repairs and parts are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired Xbox during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your Xbox to us for another repair. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.

* In the event that we can not repair your Xbox for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.

* Please note the we are not official Microsoft repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 3 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

Courier pickup*

To get the repair started, we need to come and pick up the console from you. We will send out a courier for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside. This address will be on the courier confirmation email you will receive in due course.
3) Include your order number and contact details inside the package.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

XBOX dvd drive flash service

DVD Drive flash service.This will enable your Xbox 360 to play backups of your own software and movies. All drives such as Hitachi, Philips, Toshiba, Liteon, Samsung and Thompson are flashable. Please note that if you choose this service, you may be banned from the XBOX live service. You select this at your own risk. You can find more details of this service here:

Serial / IMEI number

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.
